What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you’re not happy with the job once it’s completed, you have 24 hours to let us know. We’ll send our cleaners back to ensure everything is perfect. The 15-minute visit before and after cleaning is free. We’ll clean again at no additional cost.
Do your cleaners undergo a background check?
Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a rigorous background check before being hired. We take safety very seriously and want to ensure our clients feel safe and confident allowing us into their homes. We also have a strict policy against bringing personal belongings into our clients’ homes, so you can rest assured that your privacy will be respected at all times.
Do you have warranty insurance?
Yes, we have warranty insurance. This is important to us because it builds trust between our employees and clients. We believe our clients should feel safe with us, and we do everything we can to protect them.
